Bell Choir Director
The Bell Choir Director leads an adult choir from September to May that performs once a month and at special services. Responsibilities include selecting performance music, maintaining the handbells, recruiting choir members, conducting weekly practices, and leading performances at church services. The candidate needs proficiency in handbell techniques and experience directing a handbell ensemble. Formal training is required. The position pays $200-250 per performance, depending on experience, with the expectation that each performance will be based on three to four practices. Practices are typically 60 minutes and are determined by choir member schedules. Preference is given to candidates who are available for special services such as Christmas Eve and Easter.

Children’s Choir Director
The Children’s Choir Director leads a children’s choir from September to May that performs once a month and at special services. Responsibilities include selecting performance music, recruiting children to the choir, communicating with parents, conducting weekly practices, and leading performances at church services. The candidate needs knowledge of music education appropriate for the age group and proficiency in music, including the ability to read and teach music. Formal training is required. The position pays $150-200 per performance, depending on experience, with the expectation that each performance will be based on three to four practices. Practices are typically 30 minutes before Sunday church services. Preference is given to candidates who are available for special services such as Christmas Eve and Easter.
