• Submit your name using the form below, and you'll be randomly matched with another church member—you'll receive someone to pray for, and someone will be praying for you! Throughout the year, send your assigned partner encouragement cards every six weeks and on their birthday. Sign each card "Your Prayer Partner" and use the church address (400 N Market St, Selinsgrove, PA 17870) as the return address to maintain the surprise.

• At Christmas 2026, you'll reveal your identity with a small gift. Meanwhile, you'll also receive cards and prayers from your own mystery prayer partner!
