Total Annual Investment: $3,661.27

Worship & Streaming Technology

Powers worship visuals, livestreaming, and remote access
ProPresenter — $189/year
ProPresenter is the program that puts everything on the big screen during worship — the lyrics, scripture, videos, announcements, and sermon slides — and makes it all flow smoothly. It’s like the control center for what everyone sees on Sunday mornings, both in person and online.
Wirecast— $126.14/year
Wirecast is the software we use to livestream our worship services and events. It switches cameras, adds lyrics/titles, inserts clips, and sends a smooth stream to YouTube or Facebook.
Restream— $197.05/year
Restream sends our livestream to multiple platforms at once (YouTube and Facebook), so we reach more people without extra computers or uploads. Volunteers press “Go Live” once and it goes everywhere.
Church Motion Graphics— $199/year
A large, regularly updated library of motion backgrounds and seasonal sets sized for ProPresenter; keeps services fresh and visually appealing. We can reuse sets if budgets get tight.
Phone Live Streaming — $708/year Needs Evaluation
Lets people listen to worship by phone (no internet required). Auto-connects our audio to a phone number for live listening and replays.

Pros: Vital access for homebound/elderly; no weekly volunteer work.
Cons: $59/month for a very small audience (currently one consistent listener).

Squarespace— $292.56/year

Hover— $16.17/year
We own and manage the domain saintpauls-ucc.org so people can find us and our official email addresses look professional.
Termageddon— $119/year
Keeps privacy policy, terms, and cookie notice legally compliant and auto-updated as laws change — important when we collect info via forms.
